Caliente Caribe Reservation Policy

Rates are ALL-INCLUSIVE per room for Single and Double occupancy based on a THREE (3) night minimum stay.  Rates are in US Dollars and include the government mandated 26% tax.

Deposits equal to 25% of the total stay are required to guarantee reservations and are non-refundable.  The non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to your check-in date.

Cancellations received any time prior to arrival will forfeit ALL amounts collected unless rebooked for other available dates. This change will incur a cancellation fee of $185.00 per reservation including special promotional packages.

Refunds for cancellations, no-show's, partial stays or guests not using transfers, open bar, or any other amenity that is normally part of the all-inclusive rate are not permitted.

Airport Transportation is included on “most” stays of SIX nights or longer to/from Caliente Caribe and the airports listed below.  For stays of FIVE nights or less and certain discounted groups or specials, contact your Group Sponsor or Caribe Reservations for ground transportation costs.
