Dear Caliente Members,

We hope that you are all safe and well and we are so excited that we get to see you again. We greatly appreciate the support and understanding from our members as we worked diligently everyday to follow the rapidly changing progression of this virus.

In order to follow the directions of the President of the United States and the Governor of Florida, as well as the CDC we had to make the decision to close the resort. This was a very difficult decision to make, but it was the right decision to support the health and safety of our Staff, Residents, Members, and Guests. As you were unable to access your resort for some time we want to offer some options to you in place of your missed time. Of course we can never replace the amazing experiences you have here, but we hope this helps.

You have until 6/15/20 to submit your application.
(Caliente Vacation Club Members will be notified by separate communication and need not submit.)

If you wish not to exercise this option we thank you for your support of your Club, and there is no action required on your part.

We are so thankful for each of you as members and we look forward to partying with you soon!
